Terms of Service

1. General Commissioner's rights:

Commissioner holds the right to edit the artwork, and separately may resell custom artwork if packaged with the character in question. Premade artwork may only be resold with the permission of the artist. The commissioner may not reproduce the artwork to sell.

3. Process:

The artist will provide Work in Progress (henceforth referred to as WIP) photos as the art is created. The commissioner may request to view the commission at any point during WIP phase and request edits, bearing in mind that any edits may incur additional cost depending on material cost and time investment at the artist's discretion. Artist cannot guarantee 100% color match; However, artist will attempt to match as close as possible and communicate with commissioner.

5. Edits:

The commissioner may request necessary edits during the WIP phase.

7. Cancellations:

Customer and artist mutually retain right to cancel commission at any point up until shipping. At which the customer will be refunded (Material fee of 25% is not refundable.). Cancelled artwork will be repurposed and resold.

9. Wills and Won't's:

The artist will not produce any Not Safe for Work content. The artist will produce artwork for original characters, fursonas, pets, and all other forms of creatures.

11. Price changes:

The artist has the right to set the initial quote to the appropriate number based on the complexity of the design at their discretion. Once a quote has been issued the price may only increase if edits or changes are made by the commissioner. The artist sets the price of edits based on the amount of work needed for the change. Quoted prices are only good for 1 year. After that price changes may happen.

2. General Artist's rights:

The artist reserves the right to post commissioned content for display and advertisement purposes. The artist retains the right to decline commission should they deem it either, outside their skillset or should they feel uncomfortable crafting.

4. Commissioner Responsibility:

Commissioner must provide an accurate reference sheet for custom characters in order to ensure as accurate of a representation as possible. Accurate measurements must be provided, artist can only be responsible for creating products to match given measurements.

6. Return Policy:

Premade artwork may be returned at expense of shipping. Return for commissions will only be available in the event of artist error or at artist's discretion (please reach out to the artist in the event of an error necessitating a return). The artist is not responsible for items lost or, however unlikely, damaged in the mail. Artist retains the right to resell returned custom artwork as a premade.

8. Payment Policy:

Accepted payment methods are PayPal viva Invoice. Miniumof 25% (Not Refundable.) is required as upfront payment to cover cost of materials. Remaining payment may be paid either in installments or upon completion. Artwork will not be shipped until payment is completed. Artwork can be delayed if more time is needed.

10: Time delays:

Commissions take between 4-6months to complete and begins once all materials have been gathered and the artwork's ref is approved by the customer. Delays may occur if edits or changes are needed to be made. The artist may delay time for holidays, life emergencies, and/or vacations.

At this time, the artist is not accepting time deadlines or rush orders.
